The Transition Networks SGPOE1039-100 is a high-performance Power over Ethernet (PoE) injector designed to simplify the deployment of PoE-enabled devices in networks. This injector allows you to add PoE capabilities to any standard Ethernet network switch by injecting DC power onto the Ethernet cable alongside the data signals. It is compliant with both IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards, meaning it can deliver up to 15.4W (802.3af) or up to 30W (802.3at) of power to connected devices, making it suitable for a wide range of powered devices (PDs) such as wireless access points, IP cameras, VoIP phones, and other network appliances. The SGPOE1039-100 features two 10/100/1000Base-T RJ-45 ports. One port is designated for 'Data In,' where you connect the standard Ethernet cable from your non-PoE switch. The second port is the 'Data + Power Out' port, which connects to your PoE-powered device.
