Condition Verification
Products are inspected against their listed condition before dispatch. Any delivery discrepancy must be reported promptly under the Return Policy.

Documented RMA Process
Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Non-faulty returns may be subject to customer-paid shipping and a restocking fee of up to 50%.

RMA Disclosures
In case you need to return or exchange your product, please request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). This is mandatory on all products regardless of the reason for return. Items must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and software in undamaged original packaging.
Notice: Missing accessories, damaged packaging, or a non-resaleable condition may result in a restocking deduction of up to 50%. Do not write directly on manufacturer packaging.
