Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process:
In case you need to return or exchange your product, please request a Return Material Authorization after agreeing to our terms and conditions below. This is mandatory on all our products regardless of the reason for your return.
Items should be returned with all the accessories, manuals, software, and warranty claims in their original packaging and must not be damaged.
When you receive your RMA number, please repack all the items the same way you received them. If the original box is damaged or marked in any way, a restocking fee of 25% may be charged.
