Logistics & Reversal Protocol
We aim to make the purchasing and installation experience as clear and reliable as possible.
In case you desire to return an item, please use our Return Merchandise Authorization Form, which is subject to the following terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT: Any discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving the items.
Cancellation Policy
If an order has not been dispatched, there is no cancellation fee. Once dispatched, approved cancellations or non-faulty returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Customers must request an RMA and arrange return shipment within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping on non-faulty returns. Items must be securely repackaged in their original condition.
Orders shipped directly from manufacturers are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Non-Faulty Returns
Approval is at our discretion. Goods must be unopened, with manufacturer seals intact, all accessories included, and in resaleable condition. Approved non-faulty returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, deducted from the refund or credit.
Initiating an RMA
Please email us at [email protected] to initiate an RMA. Include your order number, date of purchase, and serial number. Replacement hardware can be new or equivalent to new.
Damaged in Transit
If goods are visibly damaged on arrival, sign for them as damaged and notify us within 2 working days. Verified transit damage and warranty defects are handled separately from non-faulty returns.
