Description

The Samsung SW-240, identified by the speed rating 40X/12X/40, is an internal CD-Rewritable (CD-RW) drive designed for installation into a standard 5.25-inch drive bay within a desktop computer. This drive utilizes the Parallel ATA (PATA), commonly known as IDE, interface for data transfer, which was the prevalent standard for optical drives and hard drives in personal computers during the late 1990s and early 2000s.
