The dual port QXG-10G2T-X710 is a PCIe Gen 3 (compatible with PCIe Gen 2)10GbE network expansion card with an Intel Ethernet Controller X710 and supports up to five speeds (10G / 5G / 2.5G / 1G / 100M). By using Port Trunking, both ports can be combined to achieve up to 20Gbps transfer speeds for accelerating file sharing and intensive data transfer. With SR-IOV and iSCSI support, the QXG-10G2T-X710 greatly boosts network efficiency and is ideal for I/O-intensive and latency-sensitive virtualization applications and data centers. Build a 10GbE Network Environment The QXG-10G2T-X710 can be used with QNAP’s 10GbE switches, such as the QSW-M2108-2C or QSW-1208-8C, for you to build a budget-friendly high-speed network environment. Supports SR-IOV and iSCSI, Achieve the Best Virtualization Environment The QXG-10G2T-X710 supports SR-IOV, which can allocate bandwidth resources from a physical network card directly to VMs. It ensures reliable VM applications and reduced CPU overheads. The QXG-10G2T-X710 also supports iSCSI, which enables computers, servers, or virtual machines to use storage from your QNAP NAS as virtual disks. You can partition, format, and use these virtual disks exactly like local disks, or even use them for storage expansion or as backup destinations. Supports Windows and Linux servers/workstations Besides QNAP devices, the QXG-10G2T-X710 supports Windows® 10, Windows Server®, and Linux ( driver required), allowing you to attain optimal business performance for a wider range of system applications and services.
