The Netgear M4100-50G-POE+ Prosafe switch is a high-performance, fully managed solution designed for enterprise networks. It provides 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports that support Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+), enabling the simultaneous delivery of network connectivity and electrical power to devices such as IP phones, wireless access points, and surveillance cameras. Each of the 48 ports can deliver up to 30W of power, with a total PoE budget of 370W, ensuring ample power for demanding deployments. In addition to the extensive copper port density, the switch features four shared SFP/SFP+ combo ports. These ports offer flexibility for high-speed uplinks, allowing administrators to choose between 1Gbps SFP transceivers or 10Gbps SFP+ transceivers for connecting to network core devices or other switches.
