It features Lite-On's proprietary SMART-BURN technology, which automatically adjusts the writing strategy and performs Running OPC to ensure the highest burning quality and prevent buffer underrun errors. Additionally, the SMART-X function optimizes the data extraction rate for CD-DA, VCD, and DVD based on the disc quality and drive temperature. This drive supports a wide array of formats including DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R9, DVD-R DL, DVD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, and CD-ROM.
