The FTRJ8519P2BNL is a Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver module designed for use in 2.125 Gb/s Fibre Channel and 1.25 Gb/s Ethernet links over multimode fiber. It features an 850nm oxide VCSEL laser transmitter and is fully compliant with the SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472 digital diagnostic functions.

Description
The Finisar FTRJ8519P2BNL SFP transceivers are high-performance, cost-effective modules supporting dual data rates of 2.125 Gb/s and 1.0625 Gb/s Fibre Channel, as well as 1.25 Gb/s 1000BASE-SX Ethernet. The transceiver consists of three sections: an 850nm VCSEL laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA), and an MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements. The extended temperature range makes it suitable for industrial and telecommunications environments where standard commercial temperature ranges are insufficient.
