It aims to reduce the manual effort and potential for errors associated with reconfiguring complex security policies. By automating or simplifying these conversion tasks, the FortiConverter Service helps ensure a smoother transition and minimizes downtime, allowing IT teams to focus on other critical security management tasks. Owning this license means that the FortiGate 60E-POE administrator can leverage Fortinet's specialized tools to facilitate these conversions. This is essential for maintaining consistent security posture across the network, especially in dynamic environments where changes are frequent. The one-year duration provides ample time to plan and execute necessary migrations or conversions, ensuring the security infrastructure remains up-to-date and effective.
