Fortinet FC-10-00092-301-02-DD FortiGate 90D POE 1 Year Secure RMA Service License

Description

The Fortinet FC-10-00092-301-02-DD is a 1-year Secure RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Service license specifically for the FortiGate 90D POE device. This service is designed to provide customers with expedited hardware replacement in the event of a device failure. Unlike standard RMA processes that may require the faulty unit to be returned before a replacement is shipped, Secure RMA typically involves shipping a replacement unit to the customer in advance, often within a specified timeframe (e.g., next business day), thereby significantly minimizing network downtime. This license is crucial for businesses that cannot afford extended periods of network interruption. By ensuring rapid hardware replacement, the Secure RMA Service helps maintain business continuity and operational efficiency. It provides peace of mind knowing that if the FortiGate 90D POE experiences a hardware issue, a replacement device will be dispatched quickly to restore full functionality. This service is particularly valuable for mission-critical network deployments where uptime is paramount. The FC-10-00092-301-02-DD license is a testament to Fortinet's commitment to customer support and service continuity. It complements the robust security features of the FortiGate 90D POE by providing a reliable support mechanism for the hardware itself. This ensures that the investment in network security is protected not only by advanced threat prevention but also by a responsive and efficient hardware support service.
