The Fortinet FAP-C24JE-B is a powerful dual-band wireless access point designed to deliver high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity in demanding enterprise environments. With a combined wireless throughput of up to 1.2Gb/s (approximately 867Mbps on the 5GHz band and 300Mbps on the 2.4GHz band), it supports the Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) standard, ensuring excellent performance for a wide range of wireless devices and applications. This AP is ideal for high-density deployments where reliable and fast wireless access is critical, such as in corporate offices, educational institutions, and public venues. This model is equipped with a total of five RJ45 Ethernet ports. One of these ports supports Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+ 802.3at) as a Powered Device (PD), allowing for simplified installation by receiving power and data over a single Ethernet cable. The additional four standard RJ45 ports provide ample connectivity for wired devices or for daisy-chaining other network equipment, enhancing the AP's versatility. As part of the Fortinet Security Fabric, the FAP-C24JE-B is managed centrally via a FortiGate firewall or FortiCloud.
