The Addonics SFP1MBXDAO is a 1 Gigabit per second (Gb/s) Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver module that utilizes Bi-Directional (BiDi) technology. This advanced feature allows the module to transmit and receive data simultaneously over a single strand of fiber optic cable, effectively doubling the data capacity of existing fiber infrastructure or reducing the number of fiber strands required for new deployments.
