Description
The Accortec SFPKT-GCU-ACC is a copper SFP transceiver module, commonly referred to as a Gigabit Ethernet copper transceiver. It allows network devices equipped with SFP slots to connect to networks using standard copper Ethernet cabling, such as Cat 5e, Cat 6, or Cat 6a. This module provides a flexible solution for extending Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over distances of up to 100 meters. The transceiver features an RJ45 connector, which is the standard interface for Ethernet twisted-pair cables. It supports auto-negotiation for 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of Ethernet devices and network configurations.
