The Accortec SFP-10GD-LRM-ACC is a 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ transceiver module optimized for short to medium-reach links over multimode fiber (MMF). The 'LRM' designation typically refers to 'Long Reach Multimode', indicating its capability to achieve longer distances compared to standard SR (Short Reach) multimode transceivers, particularly over OM3 and OM4 fiber types. It operates at a wavelength of 850nm, which is standard for multimode fiber applications. This transceiver is designed to support 10 Gbps Ethernet connectivity for distances up to 220 meters over OM3 multimode fiber and up to 300 meters over OM4 multimode fiber. These distances are suitable for within-building or data center interconnects, connecting switches, servers, and other network devices in close proximity.
