Buying guide
Choosing a conferencing system
All-in-one or codec-based
Room 55 and Room 70 systems combine screens, camera and codec. Codec-based systems like the Codec Pro and SX80 drive your own displays, cameras and microphones for custom rooms.
Cameras and microphones
Larger rooms benefit from Precision 60 cameras and ceiling or table microphones placed near the participants.
Software and licensing
Webex devices need current software, and cloud registration needs a device license or subscription.

Frequently asked questions
What does No Radio mean on a Cisco listing?
Cisco sells versions without Wi-Fi and Bluetooth radios for sites that don't permit wireless devices. Otherwise the units are the same.
Can older TelePresence SX and MX systems still be used?
Many still work on-premises, but Cisco has ended software support for several older models, which limits security updates and cloud features.
