1. Website
1.1) CoreRex operates this website. CoreRex is a RESELLER OF COMPUTER RELATED PRODUCTS with a registered office at 1401 21st ST Suite 8213 Sacramento, CA 95811.
1.2) The Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who places an order for our products.
2. Definitions
2.1) Business Customer refers to someone who does not intend to use the product for personal use.
2.6) Normal Working Hours refers to 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. PST on a working day.
3. Orders
3.1) The Purchase Order becomes a binding contract upon receipt by Customer of an express acceptance or upon commencement of performance.
6. Risk, Title, and Delivery
6.1) Standard ground shipping is free to U.S. addresses. Expedited and international shipping options, when available, are charged at the rate shown during checkout.
6.7) Ownership does not pass to the Customer until full payment has been received.
12. Returns and Warranties
12.2) Products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty unless a different warranty is stated on the product listing or quotation.
12.6) Customers must request an RMA within 14 days of delivery. Approved non-faulty returns require the customer to pay return shipping and may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.
12.7) Manufacturer-direct, special-order, and explicitly final-sale products are non-cancelable and non-returnable unless defective.
31. Repair Service
31.2) No fix, no fee. We agree not to charge the Customer if we are unable to repair the Products (excluding shipping costs).
31.12) Data and configuration will be deleted during repair. Customer should remove or backup data before shipping.
32. General
32.4) These Terms and Conditions will govern regardless of conflicting terms on any Purchase Order.
